Once your sample reaches our UK laboratory, results are typically ready within a few working days. You'll receive them digitally, grouped by health area so they're straightforward to read. We recommend posting your sample on a weekday morning for the quickest turnaround.

Many of the markers in this panel — including testosterone, PSA and key nutrients — can shift gradually over time without obvious symptoms. Having a baseline picture of where things stand makes it easier to notice changes and have more informed conversations with your GP if anything comes up.

PSA is a commonly used marker that can indicate changes in prostate health, but it's one piece of a wider picture. Elevated PSA doesn't automatically signal a problem, and a normal result doesn't rule everything out. If your result is outside the expected range, we'd always recommend discussing it with your GP.
